In a significant move to boost living standards and foster community growth in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project. This expansive Dh738 million residential initiative features 242 villas over a 50-hectare site, aimed at providing modern and integrated living environments for Emirati families.

The development boasts an array of amenities designed to enrich the quality of life for its residents. Among these are 33 public parks and green spaces, a mosque that can accommodate 644 worshippers, two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track. These features are part of a broader effort to create a well-rounded and self-sustaining community within the emirate.

According to officials, the Al Samha Housing Project exemplifies the UAE’s dedication to developing residential communities that support family stability and promote modern lifestyles. This initiative is a part of the broader Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, crafted to meet the specific needs of Emirati families through spacious homes and comprehensive community facilities.

The project not only aims to provide modern housing solutions but also aligns with the goals of sustainable urban development across Abu Dhabi. Authorities have emphasized the importance of such developments in driving the expansion of modern housing options, which are critical for the emirate’s long-term urban planning and growth strategies.
